• Joing redesign of the website of Russia's largest real estate developer (pre-release): home page, smart search, selection page, integration and refinement of existing identity
• Working with the internal team (structuring from scratch): 1to1, Retro brainstorming, design demo culture, grading, cross-format meetings with the development department, creation and conduct of UI workshops
• Systematization: creation of a design QA methodology, introduction of Definition of Ready in Jiro, creation Kanban logic
